Shui On Building Contractors Limited (SOBC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SOCAM Development Limited (SOCAM). Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1997, SOCAM is a member of the Shui On Group, and is principally engaged in property and construction businesses, with operations spanning the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.

The Group’s construction business has been operated in Hong Kong for nearly 45 years. Operated under Shui On Building Contractors Limited, Shui On Construction Company Limited and Pat Davie Limited, the construction division focuses on construction, design-and-build, interior fitting-out, renovation, as well as maintenance of public housing, residential and institutional buildings.
