Synergis E-Learning Centre Facilitates Internal Training

Internal training is essential to improving our property management services. To make training programmes more flexible, Synergis has created digital educational videos for selected courses, including those dedicated to welcoming new security guards and internal operation systems, such as procurement and maintenance. Other forms of digital technology also allow staff to conveniently learn from their work site.

Filmed at real properties, these digital educational videos are interesting and practical. For example, one features Synergis’ safety officers demonstrating common mistakes and their solutions, effectively promoting occupational safety and health while helping staff understand Company requirements. Selected operation system courses have also been integrated with digital technology, making them easier to understand. All digital videos and training materials have been uploaded to the Company’s intranet, where they may be studied and reviewed at their convenience.
