Three-tier Training Structure Nurtures Initiative
Synergis believes that occupational safety and health is everyone’s business. In order to spread this message, Synergis’ projects follow a three-tier safety structure. The Group recruits qualified registered safety officers, and provides occupational safety and health training for all its frontline supervisors, team supervisors and frontline foremen. All staff members are responsible for different duties, and must cooperate with one another to ensure proper occupational safety and health standards are met. The teams have demonstrated high levels of initiative. For example, the Fu Shin Estate team made use of their expertise and creativity to create a simple device allowing frontline staff to safely move the manhole covers on the ground. The Group now uses this device for all of its projects.
Recently, Synergis successfully applied its excellent occupational safety and health management system to projects in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenyang. This reflects Synergis’ vision and its commitment to promoting professional development in the industry.
