Interviewee Profile

Founded in 1978, Synergis has established a leading position in the market with its dazzling performance on property and facility management for more than 40 years.

Synergis firmly believes that property and facility management must keep pace with times and we should employ innovative technology to help boost our management efficiency. Therefore, on the one hand, Synergis has mobilized substantial resources to the research and development of information technology related to property and facility management. Such a drive enhances our service quality and strengthens our relationship with clients at the same time. On the other hand, we nurture a corporate culture of creativity and innovation. Our staff members are encouraged to seek for continuous service improvement through creative and innovative ideas at work.

Employs innovation and technology to lead the industry
Following the introduction of our own R&D smartphone applications – Synergis Community and SICA that helped improving internal and external communications several years ago, we have launched another new smartphone application called “Track My Tour” (TMT) recently. TMT tracks real-time inspection places and times of the security personnel, which helps the supervisors to follow up. If an emergency happens, assistance can be rendered as soon as possible. Not only does it help improve work safety, but support for our front-line security personnel can also be bolstered at the same time.

Corporate culture of creativity and innovation well appreciated
Also, our effort in nurturing a corporate culture of creativity and innovation was paid off. Our staff members would brainstorm new work methods to improve service quality. Take our “WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) collection points” scheme as an example. To facilitate the implementation of the Producer Responsibility Scheme (PRS) on WEEE introduced last year, our staff members came up with the idea to help residents resolve the difficulty of disposing WEEE. Collection points were set up in our managed properties to temporarily store disposed large electrical equipment for residents until recycling operators come to the estate to collect the equipment. Many residents have expressed their appreciation with our new service.

Competition in the property and facility management market is fierce. As one of the trailblazers in the industry, we would stand on high grounds and have broad vision. We must research and develop relevant innovative technology as well as nurturing a corporate culture of creativity and innovation to achieve service excellence.
